At Boyne Country Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We strive to make the return process as seamless as possible so you can get back to your outdoor adventures.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal to locate your order history and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include a copy of the packing slip inside the box for faster processing.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
